Isn’t Lindsay the bride gorgeous? That gown? Ohhh lala! She looks like a princess or in a magazine shoot! Lindsay and Jason are such a sweet couple and I really enjoyed working with them (and mom:) and wish them the best on their new life together in Texas! The bride and her mother, Michele, had such great ideas for the wedding reception and did everything themselves. One of my favorites was the reception table marked with a corresponding photo of a family member’s wedding photo from decades past. What a great conversation piece! Guests enjoyed a 6 Course Dinner to include: Hors d’ oeuvres of Scallops wrapped in Bacon, Chicken Wellingtons in Puff Pastry, and Mushrooms stuffed with imported & domestic cheeses; Appetizer Course: Shrimp and Grits served in a martini glass; Salad: Bimini Salad of mixed field greens, topped with brown sugar glazed pecans, blue cheese, mandarin oranges, and yellow raisins, served with a raspberry vinaigrette; Main Course: Fresh Flounder topped with Maryland Blue Crab and finished in a sun-dried tomato sherry cream sauce and Prime Rib roasted with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic, served with Au Jus and horseradish cream sauce, whipped potatoes and oven roasted seasonal vegetables; Dessert: Wedding Cake and Petit Fours! Late Night Hors d’ oeuvres: Mini Kobe Beef Burgers and french fries. The guests were then given very fancy crystal wine glasses as a party favor. Congrats to Lindsay and Jason! What a great wedding video that starts with an engagement story that every girl dreams of…being whisked away on a surprise trip to Paris and then St. Augustine, Florida for a beautiful ceremony in The Villa Blanca followed by a grand reception in the White Room Ballroom. There are so many beautiful details in this wedding and with our New Villa Blanca Venue, we are bursting at the seams with the excitement of what this new venue is going to unveil! I traveled to New York City and dined at some of the top restaurants such as Candle 79 to make sure we served the same level and quality of food for the evening. The guests raved and said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! That’s what we strive to do for our Bride, Groom and all of their guests!

What a perfect day for a wedding! The sun was shining and love was clearly in the air. Mr. and Mrs. Braddock held their special day in The White Room Loft and Rooftop on Friday, November 9th, 2012. Vows were exchanged on the Rooftop overlooking the Historic Bridge of Lions and then guests remained on the Rooftop for cocktail hour enjoying one of the best sunsets of the year! After dining inside, everyone came back outside for some mingling and dancing. The evening ended with a picture perfect sparkler exit! We are so thrilled for Allie and Layton and we wish them all the very best!
-Special thanks to Brooke Images for some really great photos!
What an amazing couple! Mr. and Mrs. Saar chose to be married in December during Nights of Lights in St. Augustine. Our quaint historic town was trimmed and decorated with white lights adding a very magical feel to their special night. Jennifer’s theme was very elegant with Creme Brulee color overlays and breathtaking centerpieces from Roses of Sharon which were enhanced by the soft glow of candlelight in mercury votives. They chose to host their ceremony and reception within the White Room Ballroom which flowed seamlessly. Kaitlyn (Jennifer’s sister and Maid of Honor) recited a heartfelt poem that brought tears and laughter throughout the room. Then there was dancing….all of the guests got down on the dance floor and we definitely saw some killer moves!! We ended the evening with a Private Dance between Jennifer and Alex while their guests lined up to send them off with a big sparkler exit. This evening was such a blast and we were so happy to be a part of their new beginning! We absolutely adored this couple and we couldn’t be happier for them! Thank you Pure Sugar Studios for capturing these great images!
